I live in Vaughan, and I travel throughout the GTA.
I offer both indoor and outdoor sessions. The choice depends on your preferences and the occasion. Typically, for newborn sessions, I come to your home as it's the most comfortable setting for your family. Outdoor sessions work wonderfully for families with older kids, and they're perfect for seasonal photoshoots like those in the fall or summer.
Absolutely! I've got an array of adorable baby outfits to choose from, and I like using soft, neutral-colored blankets as backdrops. But here's the thing I always tell my clients: the most precious props are your love, your cuddles, and your smiles. And as for the backdrop, there's no place cozier and more authentic than your own home.
Don't worry, it's completely normal, and it happens to many babies, even the ones you see in my portfolio. During the session, we'll work together to make the most of our time. I won't leave until I'm confident we've captured all the beautiful shots we need.
You can expect to receive your photos within one week after the session. I understand your excitement, so I won't keep you waiting too long.
It means that I carefully select the best photos from the session and perform various enhancements. This includes color correction and, when necessary, additional editing like skin retouching and using various tools to ensure your photos look their absolute best.
Once we've scheduled the booking and confirmed the date and time, I'll request a deposit to secure your spot. You can send this deposit via bank transfer. The remaining balance can be paid in cash or through e-transfer after the session.
The optimal time for capturing newborns in photographs is typically during the morning hours when babies tend to be more relaxed and peaceful.
My photography style is really adaptable, which means I can capture precious moments of babies at any age. I don't stick to the usual two-week rule since I don't use swaddling techniques. Let me share that during those initial 4-6 weeks, babies are still incredibly tiny and bear a striking resemblance to their newborn selves, making it a wonderful time for a session.
